PMP Access Permissions:
Requests for new access to any module of PMP, such as Design, Quest or CMS, or changes to existing permissions, as well as reinstatement of a Disabled Account, must be done by completing a PMP User Request/Change Form: PMP User Request Change Form. Complete the form, sign and date it, then email it to dot.PMPUserRequest@dot.ri.gov.
Once you have been granted access, you will receive an email with Login instructions.
If you have exceeded the number of login attempts allowed by the system and your account has been locked, or if you have forgotten your password, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and they will assist you.
Project Team Member Access:
In order to access any project within PMP, a user must be assigned as a Team Member for that project and also have access to that module of PMP.
Requests to be added as a Design Team Member should be directed to the RIDOT Project Manager associated with that project, while requests to be added as a Construction Team Member should be directed to its Resident Engineer.
You do NOT need to log into the PMP to watch the Bid Opening. Simply click on the “Current Bid Opening” in the BID MANAGEMENT REPORTS box located on the left menu panel of the PMP Login Screen.
